Sometimes in life, events occur that forever alter our personal landscapes. This can be
job loss, illness, death, family crisis, natural disasters, divorce, home loss, severe
depression, or anything else that forces major life changes.

OR you could be reeling from what seems to be an unending series of mishaps that
suck you into a downward spiral which saps your energy and numbs your spirit.

Many times, this leads us to a place where we throw up our hands in surrender to a
greater power, because we realize that our way of handling things just isn't working.

Now in my 50's, I have lived and survived this scenario more times than I wish to
count. The gift that I have received from all of it is the ability to help you get past these
things, and live a life of deep joy and personal triumph.

Our souls use the disasters in our lives to give us an opportunity to move away from the
illusions that keep us trapped, and rise up the ladder of spirit to embrace our True
Selves.

Every time these changes rip us from the comfort of what we know into unknown
territory, we have the opportunity to achieve positive personal and spiritual growth. We
can use this to move forward on our path--or even find out what that is--to transform
our lives and ourselves in ways we could never have seen coming.

Learn to listen for the message that the changes in your life are bringing to you.

  • What brought this into my life? (no, it is not your "fault")
  • What is wanting to be healed?
  • What is on the other side of that healing?
  • What needs to be released?
  • Are you seeing a pattern that repeats and keeps you stuck?
  • What possibilities or opportunities are emerging for you?

Climb out of failure, hopelessness, fear, grief, depression and desperation to find the
message and embrace the big shifts in your life that big change brings.

  • What is your soul calling for?
  • What are your deepest desires?
  • What is blocking your path to that dream?
  • What fears, false beliefs and behaviors are standing in your way?

Have you had enough? Are you ready to listen to the clarion call of spirit?
